Hello and welcome to Saiah Boutique. All items are handmade by me in my home studio. I work in a pet free and smoke free environment. Turnaround time for orders is currently 3-5 business days for in stock supplies. If supplies are not in stock orders amy take up to 1-2 weeks to process before delivery. Thank you!
Payments
Sorry for any inconvenience but we DO NOT accept Checks, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. At this time we only accept Paypal payments. If you do not receive an invoice number from Paypal, your payment was not completed. All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within this time frame your order will be canceled.
All item(s) will not be processed until full payment has been received and any sizing or color information needed has been provided. Please keep this in mind if you are needing an item by a specific date.
Shipping
Orders within Northern Virginia/DC Metro limits can either be picked up or delivered for free.
All other rders will be shipped to the address provded on your order. Please make sure this information is correct. If any items are returned to me due to an incorrect address that was provided, a second shipping fee will be charged to re-send your item to the correct address.
All custom creations are made when your order is placed. Please check my homepage for current turnaround times. Turnaround times are usually longer during the busy holiday season so please keep this in mind when ordering during this time.
If you need rush shipping on a custom order please contact me PRIOR to purchase to make sure the item can be shipped out sooner.
Shipping prices do not include insurance. Insurance is up to you the customer. I can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave Saiah Boutique if you did not purchase insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please contact me prior to purchase and I can set up a custom order with the adjusted price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Buyers are responsible for reading all descriptions and shop policies before purchase. If you have any questions about a product please contact me PRIOR to purchase.
Custom orders CANNOT be exchanged or refunded. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your custom order please contact me and we can try and work towards some sort of solution. I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they are receiving. All items from Saiah Boutique are custom items and handmade according to your requests unless an item is marked ready-to-ship.
Additonal Information
Please note that some items may contain small parts or embellishments that may pose a choking hazard to small children. Please use judgment and supervise your children as Saiah Boutique cannot be held responsible for and injuries.
